TOUR MANAGEMENT:
It’s
important for you to have someone that can free up your time for
writing, recording, and performance while you’re on the road. Tour
managers, road managers, and the like take on the responsibility of
making sure everything runs smoothly. |
On
a small scale, one person acts as both tour and road manager. On a
large scale, they are two separate positions, where the tour manager is
responsible for advancing the rider to the production and Backline
Company, keeping
the artists schedule – including any appearances and interviews,
booking flights, hotels, and car rentals, mapping directions and
creating an itinerary for everyone involved. The road manager is then
responsible for the smooth execution of travel and on site needs
including CD sales, guest lists, driving the van, making sure everyone
and everything gets to the concert venue in time for set-up and sound
check, and getting the buses and equipment to the next city in one
piece. |
| Whatever your touring needs are - we can do the busy work, so you can do what you do best – create art. |
